BAFTA Nominations Announced: ‘La La Land’ Leads with 11


The nominations for the 2017 BAFTAs were announced by the British Academy on Tuesday morning in the U.K. with La La Land leading with 11 nominations.

The sci-fi film Arrival and crime thriller Nocturnal Animals were tied with nine nominations each, while Manchester by the Sea received six.

The awards ceremony will take place at the Royal Albert Hall in London on February 12th and will be hosted by Stephen Fry.
