Oscar winning actor Martin Landau passes away at age 89


Actor Martin Landau passed away on Sunday. He was 89 years old.

Landau made his first major film appearance in Alfred Hitchcock’s North by Northwest.

He had a regular role on the 1960s Mission Impossible tv series, along with handful of other roles in tv and movies.

Landau won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor for his portrayal as Bela Lugosi in Ed Wood, as well as a Screen Actors Guild and Golden Globe.
